These Terms of Service govern your use of transportation services provided by JeyRey Transportation Sdn Bhd (SSM: 202301036014). By making a booking or payment through our website, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking. If you have questions, contact us via WhatsApp before proceeding.
1. Service Agreement
JeyRey Transportation provides private car rental with driver services across Malaysia, including airport transfers, corporate transportation, wedding car hire, outstation trips, and day tours.
When you confirm a booking, we agree to:
- Provide a vehicle and professional driver for the agreed route, date, and time
- Maintain all vehicles to safe and roadworthy standards
- Hold valid MOTAC and SPAD/APAD licensing for commercial passenger transport
- Communicate any changes to your assigned vehicle or driver before your trip
Your booking confirmation — sent via WhatsApp, email, or invoice — serves as the service agreement between you and JeyRey Transportation.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
How bookings work
All bookings are made through WhatsApp, our website, or direct enquiry. Once your trip details are confirmed, we issue an invoice with a secure payment link.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through CHIP, a licensed payment gateway regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. We accept online bank transfers (FPX) and major credit/debit cards. JeyRey Transportation does not store your card details or banking credentials.
When payment is due
Full payment is required before your scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices include the vehicle, driver, and fuel for the agreed route. Toll charges, parking fees, and inter-state entry fees are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise in your invoice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Please review your trip details carefully before confirming your purchase. We do not issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows under any circumstances, unless required by Malaysian law.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time, you are eligible for a one-time Prebook Credit valid for 60 days from the date of cancellation. This credit can be applied toward a future booking of equal or lesser value. No cash refund will be issued.
To use your Prebook Credit, contact us via WhatsApp with your original invoice number when making your new booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure
No refund or rebooking credit will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time. The full booking amount is forfeited.

4. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice.
- Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time
- The driver will attempt to contact you via phone and WhatsApp during this period
- If you cannot be reached after 30 minutes, the booking is marked as a no-show
- The full booking amount is forfeited with no refund or rebooking credit
To avoid a no-show, contact us via WhatsApp if you are running late or need to change your pickup time.
5. Booking Modifications
Need to change your trip details? We are happy to accommodate changes when possible.
- Date, time, or route changes: Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure
- Changes within 48 hours: We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability
- Additional stops or extended routes: May incur additional charges, quoted before confirmation
- Vehicle upgrades: Subject to availability and price difference
All modifications must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email. Verbal changes are not binding.
6. Service Scope & Limitations
What is included
Each invoice covers only the services described in the booking confirmation — vehicle type, route, date, and time. Requests beyond the original scope (additional stops, extended hours, extra passengers beyond vehicle capacity) are subject to additional charges.
What is not included
Unless stated on your invoice, the following are not included: toll charges, parking fees, overnight driver accommodation (for multi-day trips), and entrance fees to attractions.
Limitation of liability
JeyRey Transportation is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Traffic congestion, road closures, or accidents
- Severe weather conditions
- Government-imposed restrictions or roadblocks
- Flight delays affecting airport transfer timing
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust your service and keep you informed. Our total liability for any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.
